Is the tour safe?
Absolutely! Safety is among our top priorities and we take every necessary measure to ensure all of our guests are safe during our tour.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date and time or no-shows will receive, no refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to departure date and times will receive a refund of 100% of the full tour price.
How will I find you on excursion day?
Meeting time will be 1 hour after disembarkation doors are open (If you booked private you can disembark earlier or later. We are there as soon as your ship docks). You will head to the port exit gate. Once there, look for the Roatan Diana's Tour
PORT OF ROATAN (COXEN HOLE)
When you disembark the cruise ship, head to the shopping area, and make a right under the double stairway. You will find the independent tour operator section. They will aggressively try to sell you a tour, just tell them you are already booked. Once you are at the end of this section, make a left and then a right towards port exit gate #1. We will be waiting across the street. Please do not go with anyone that doesn't have on a T-shirt and sign that says ROATAN DIANA'S TOUR thanks.
MAHOGANY BAY
When you disembark the cruise ship, head towards the duty-free shop. Walk through, then walk up the hill and make a left towards the taxi parking lot. Once there, make a left towards the port exit gate. Walk up the hill and we will be waiting for you with the ROATAN DIANA'S TOUR sign. If you feel you cannot walk up the hill to get to the exit gate, you can take a taxi for $2 per person to where we are waiting for you. Just let the taxi driver know you booked with ROATAN DIANA'S TOUR and they will take you where we are. Please do not go with anyone that is not wearing a Roatan Diana's Tour T-shirt.

Does Roatan Island take US Dollars or Credit Cards?
Yes, we do. You can pay anywhere in Roatan with US Dollars and get change back in US Dollars.

Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend you to bring hats, sunglasses, cash, sunscreen, directions to the tour assembly area, beach towel, camera, Bug Spray, and anything that might be excursion-specific (shoes that strap-on for ATV & Zipline, swimsuit for beach, and your sense of humor!
If you have any special requirements such as medical or religious needs, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you guarantee we'll get back to the ship on-time?
Of course! Never left a guest stranded! Now, honestly, there have been a lot of guests who didn't want to leave this beautiful island, but (unfortunately) we took them back to their ship anyway!
Should I tip my guide?
Your driver and guides do appreciate tips if they have provided an excellent service. This is entirely up to you.
Do you only offer tours to cruise ship passengers?
We offer tours to everyone! Although the majority of our guests are cruise ship passengers, we also accommodate independent travelers as well as locals.
